It’s one of the Chapana bhoga of Jagannath tabernacle. It consists of deep fried flattened sanguine brown galettes of chhena( planter rubbish) that are soaked in thickened, candied milk( rabri). leveling the chhena into win- sized galettes is done in order to allow them to absorb the milk more readily.
